What you need to know about doing business with us:

FREE shipping on orders of $25 or more to ANY US Zip Code for the rest of 2009. Normally, a FLAT shipping rate of $10 per order to US Zip Codes would apply.

Canadians pay a FLAT RATE of $15 per order, no matter the size (even though Joy thinks it should be more since the Canadian dollar is on par with the US Dollar now and they all get free health insurance!).

EVERYONE ELSE in the world gets a FLAT $20 rate no matter the size of the order.

And everyone outside a US Zip Code will be responsible for paying their own Import Duties/VAT etc. --of course.

Orders generally ship within 1-7 business days by UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or US Postal Service. Some orders may be shipped from Joy Oy's Vietnam workshop if that's faster and cheaper. If something's out of stock we will let you know by email and give you an estimated Ship Date so you can decide if it works for you.

If you need something faster, you can pay for express shipping. Cost will vary depending on weight and destination.

RETURNS: Joy accepts Returns if products are in 100% unused condition.

TO GET A FULL REFUND (minus shipping costs if you paid any): you'll have 5 full days after your order is delivered to let us know by email or fax if you are returning anything. We'll answer your request to return something with a "Return Authorization Code" and the return Ship To address. All returns should be insured for their full value, and a Delivery Confirmation might be a good idea, too.

Plse don't return anything to us without a Return Authorization Code--or you'll get no refund.

Authorized Returns must be back in our possession within 10 business days from the date we issue you the Return Authorization Code. After 10 days, you'll get credit toward something else only ("in-house credit").
